Our Training
A1 Force Security Pvt Ltd is amongst the few security security companies to boast of its own dedicated Training Centre. Spread over 4 areas in the outskirt of Siliguri, the training centre is fully equipped with the state of the art facility to conduct the security training courses. It consists of well equipped classrooms, computer labs, auditorium, badminton and volley ball court, area for PT and Drill etc. It is also fitted with CCTV cameras, fire extinguishers, DFMD, HHMD, hand held radios and other security equipments. It has separate accommodation facilities for boys and girls.
Olive Facility Management Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of A1 Force Security Pvt Ltd conducts the training courses. The security course is conducted for 2 months and the syllabus is per the norms set by the Ministry of Defence, Govt Of India, as per PSAR ACT 2005 (Private Security Agency Regulations Act 2005).
The syllabus consists of 6 weeks of classroom training and 2 weeks of On job training. The training is conducted by qualified instructors and the guards are well groomed and trained to meets the demands of the current security industry.
The training is 100% free, it is fully residential, all meals provided and 2 months of quality training. At the end of the training the participants are given “Training Certificates” approved by the government.
